Shri Hirak Dutta has over 3 decades of rich and varied experience in Operations, Process design and engineering, trouble shooting, Safety management, Project Management, Human Resource Management in various Refineries, Refinery Headquarters and Corporate office. He has undergone various training programs within country and abroad including four and half months condensed MBA program (MEP) at IIM, Ahmadabad, Senior Management Program etc. Authored many papers in Technical, Safety and Management areas which have been published both in International & National Journals. Strongly believes in TPM culture that can enhance the productivity, effectiveness & leadership of an organization.
